YOGA TEACHER

I believe yoga is a powerful tool for self-discovery, helping you recognise mental patterns and shed attachments to imperfections. As a student first and teacher second, I see yoga as a mutual exchange - one where I learn just as much from my students as they do from me.

Whether guiding students through flow or yin, I like to incorporate an elements of mindfulness to help students connect more deeply with themselves and feel at ease in their own skin. My flows tend to be strong, but they are designed to be accessible to all, with modifications that cater to various levels of ability. For me, yoga isn’t about keeping up with the class; it’s about honouring your personal journey on the mat.
