ABOUT “UNRETREAT”
This isn’t your typical relaxing retreat. The “Unretreat” is about stepping out of your comfort zone and into a space of real, lasting change. We’ll challenge ourselves physically, mentally, and emotionally, all while supporting each other in a close-knit group. Our aim is to create a weekend where you leave with new tools, new friends, and a renewed sense of what’s possible for your health and happiness.
We (Anika + Pete) are passionate about what we have learnt on our health journeys and we want to share it with YOU.

- Simple, high-protein meals focused on quality, not quantity. When you eat simple yet nourishing food, you’ll find you need much less than you might think- but you’ll feel more satisfied and energised.
NB. This retreat is not suitable for vegetarians. However, we would be happy to recommend some other amazing retreats that are!
Inclusions
Accomodation + Pricing
You’ll be staying in cosy cottage-style lodgings. There are 4x cottages in total. Each cottage features a queen bedroom, an open loft with two single beds, living area and bathroom. Pricing options are:
- **Queen Room (solo):** $800
- **Queen Room (couple):** $1,000
- **Single Bed in Open Loft:** $600 per person
